For Bookings:

Deposit:
At the time of booking, a 50% deposit will be required. Balance due 30 days prior to your stay.

Booking: :
Bookings can be made directly by contacting Villa Kaya.
​
Rates do not include an additional 12% government tax.
​
Rates quoted per room based on double occupancy. Two children under 14 years may stay free. Additional individuals will result in a surcharge of $50USD per night, per person.

Rates are subject to change without notice.

Cancellation Policy:
If your booking is cancelled more than 60 days prior to the start of your stay, your deposit will be refunded, and your booking cancelled at no charge.
If your booking is cancelled within 60 days of the start of your stay, but 30 days prior to the start of your stay, your deposit will be forfeited, and your booking cancelled at no additional charge.
If cancelled within 30 days of your arrival, deposit is forfeited, and full payment is due and owing.

Additional Fees:
A one time cleaning fee of $65USD will be charged per stay.

House Rules:
No smoking.
No pets.
Please keep front gates closed at all times - it helps keep the donkeys off the property or they will eat all the landscape vegetation.

No need to pack your beach gear, we will supply you with beach towels.

Inclement Weather
Refunds are not given for inclement weather. If, however, there is mandatory evacuation ordered by the Turks & Caicos Government, refunds will be prorated based on the days left in the scheduled stay, only those nights affected by the mandatory evacuation are eligible. If a hurricane arrives prior to your arrival and we’re unable to provide you with an accommodation: a full refund will be issued.
Lost or Stolen Items:
Villa Kaya is not responsible for any lost or
stolen items.
