Grand Turk is the historical and political capital of the Turks and Caicos Islands, but it is much smaller and more laid-back than the more visited sister island, Providenciales ("Provo").
Also known as "the Rock", Grand Turk is a quaint, Caribbean Island, where horses, donkeys and PotCakes (stray dogs) roam the Island. Here, you will feel completely removed from all the hustle and bustle of everyday life. There are no large shopping centers, clubs or majors commercial hubs, with the exception of Margaritaville at the cruise center.
Whether you are looking to have an exciting dive vacation or to simple relax on a deserted beach, you will find what you’re looking for in Grand Turk.
